#MarchForOurLives
The #MarchForOurLives movement started after the mass school shooting that took place at Stoneman Douglas High School on February 14, 2018. Students who were survivors of the shooting rallied together and called for gun reform. Their famous mission “Not One More” spread quickly through social media and motivated over 1 million people to come together for this cause. Although they gained a following online, they used the momentum to host rallies nationwide and notably were on the cover of Times Magazine. Their fight for gun reform persists today. They now have 363K followers on Instagram and their own website that provides more information on their goals. You can visit their website at https://marchforourlives.org/.

Hi Pilar, I really enjoyed reading your post! I am familiar with the #MarchForOurLives, and it is great to see how amazing the movement is for mobilizing and spreading awareness for the cause of mass school shootings. I also checked out their website which was also very informative. Seeing and reading about the comprehensive dedication in both the courts and in the legislative areas was just amazing.
